Kelly looks great on paper, but there is a bigger transition to be had there, and I'm not just referring to his system. Hitting completely new recruiting territory, hiring your new staff, etc.

Jimbo can basically hit the ground running from day one with his familiarity of the school, current and former staffers, the recruiting area, etc.
