In the time it took you to type that, Justin Jefferson could have scored another touchdown against him.

We scored a lot against a lot of teams that season, and Justin Jefferson is pretty good at football.

Oklahoma fans:

Good news for them is that this statement will still be true when he announces he’s taking the LSU job
that is beautiful. Well done.

Let's say this does happen. Is Grinch coming too?
It's Bedenbaugh we want. It's Bedenbaugh Riley needs. It is Bedenbaugh we need. Want to start getting in even fights with Bama (and others) for these top-tier OL? Make sure Bedenbaugh comes with him and is given a raise too.

ETA: sorry LifeAquatic, saw your post later... I second you on him.

Why is their such love for Riley around here?

I suppose it will help Texas for him to leave, if anything can really help at this point. But he seems to be the least ugly girl at an ugly girl dance.

If we consistently win 10-11 games a year I could care less about the "big game" at the end. I don't want to ever see a 6-6 or 8-4 season again and Lincoln is the closest to a guarantee that I won't ever have to.

Other than Saban/Dabo/Jimbo/Smart, Riley is arguably the most qualified and proven-successful candidate out there

It would be a grand slam hire. Now I’ll also say that does NOT guarantee success, but it is without a doubt - on paper - a crazy good hire.

Lots of folks refusing to believe Riley to LSU is going to happen. I wonder if it ever occurred to any of these folks that Riley wants LSU just as much or more than LSU wants him.

Nobody in sports media needs to confirm that for it to be true. It’s just not publicly-held view just yet

Well not everyone can have the likes of Charlie Strong, Tom “Kiss me one kiss me 2x) Herman, and Steve (Cutty) Sark.

Not to get political, but reputable news outlets no longer exists. Look at the Rittenhouse case and compare the testimony and evidence to what the "reputable" news outlets have reported for a year.
