They started at Kristy Kreme, on Plank Rd, then headed over to Blue Bayou for some thrilling rides. Capped it off with dinner at the original Cane’s location.
At least they went down Highland. If they had went from the Mall of LA down Bluebonnet and hit Burbank, that would've taken forever.
I remember they were going to pay some firm a million or two to calibrate all of the red lights for better traffic flow, but it never happened.
I used to drive from the Pennington to Southgate Towers every evening, and it was 45 minutes.

If she ate one of those donuts off the line, Kiffin is a done deal.

“Wasn't there some type of recruiting advantage that made BK buy that house? Something about more visits or something?”
Yes the distance from house to ops.. campus etc allowed bk to entertain recruits and family at his house.. I do not recall the specifics.. he had the same thing at ND I believe..
I believe there was some kind of sweetheart deal with the financing of bk house also..linked to lsu ?

They have needed 2mil every election year since 1995 to get that done.

I bet they have a year left, maybe more with all the hardscapes, sidewalks, bridge, and other amenities.

I hope it has never been approved. If so, it ended up in someone's pocket, like it would if it hasn't been done.

The realtors have signed NDA’s. You won’t hear very much.

They brought him down to Maurepas…showed him a real nice spot in the Sanctuary on the Diversion. They had Diversion Pizza for dinner. Cauliflower crust was a hit.

Well documented that they took them to Tony’s. Being able to pick out their own catfish and the newly paved Plank Road was the icing on the cake.
