The previous reports were that he already is in Starkville. This itinerary seems like the plane is being dispatched from Florida to pick him up in Starkville to return to Gainesville. The Auburn stop would be before he gets on the plane.

Does he have family or friends that work and or attend Miss St? Maybe hes just attending the game because he's already there for thanksgiving? Who knows anymore

Kiffin is going to his son’s playoff game after the Egg Bowl, so he’s not hopping a jet with Strickland to Gainesville. The timing suggests this has nothing to do with Kiffin.

The stop in Auburn is to pickup John Cohen. They still attend a lot of the MSU functions together as their schedules allow.
BTW, word in MS tonight is Florida is out. Lots of other interesting info floating around, but I guess we’ll get some clarity on it tomorrow.

Looks to me like he’s flying from Marco Island to Auburn to pick up Freeze, then flying to Starkville to drop him off to accept the open OM job after the Egg Bowl, then back to Gainesville with the former OM coach for the announcement

Looks like half the day he is in Starkville where his in-laws live - basketball great Bailey Howell. Maybe he is taking most of the day off with a cursory visit somewhere like to talk with Cohen at Auburn. I bet they are drawing lots for who they each will pursue. You stay away from Dillingham and I'll stay away from Sumrall.
