Bama fans are going to try not to melt down. They are specifically going to make an effort not to melt down and say how much they love, respect, and appreciate what Saban has done for them, which is likely true.
But they are going to try and act like oh well, thanks for the time we will just get another coach and continue rolling. All so they can say look how much better we are than LSU fans, we are great we aren't. But on the inside they will be devestated
The best part will be the YouTube videos we get from all the sidewalk fans though
This is of course assuming he leaves :D

I'm in Tuscaloosa, granted hammered, but according to a couple of buddies, Coach Saban was at the football banquet last night in Birmingham. They say there is no way he was in Austin.

Allowing him to post for free? See the link at the bottom that says "advertising info"? It is in Chicken's best interest to get as many visitors and posters to the site as possible.

Not once did I say this was a pay site. I only alluded to the fact that there is a person has a financial interest in having people visit the website.
To tell people that they should feel lucky that they are allowed to post their opinion is counterintuitive to that. The site gains visitors because they want to post here. It is meant to be a meeting of the minds and a place to share opinions.
NBC would never have the mindset that people should feel lucky to watch their programming because that isn't the way to gain viewers. NBC wants to cater to the wants of viewers, so that they gain more viewers. Therefore, they can sell their advertising spots for more money to people who want to get messages to those viewers.
The point is that it is not good business for Chicken to make people feel like they aren't welcome. He didn't do that in this instance, so this is not an attack on him.
