Bring in Briles for offense consultant and Strong as defense consultant. Have them part of the back room guys breaking down film of recruits and game planning! Both need redemption and a way to work themselves back into the game!

The Rape stuff should disqualify him but why I dont want him is because he is the most overrated coach in the history of college football. He ran up big numbers playing a JOKE of a schedule and playing in a JOKE of a conference. His record against teams that ended the year in the top 25 is adysmal. His circus, bullshite, offense gets shut down when he plays against good, fast defenses. His offense also exposes your defense because you get slaughtered on time of possession.
He sucks as a human and as a coach.

Why if you have to keep him out of recruiting then he shouldn't be hired. I personally don't think you need to keep him out of recruiting though. Briles didn't commit any of the crimes at Baylor he just covered them up. At LSU he wouldn't be in a position to cover them up so that aspect of his hiring shouldn't be a worry.
