Philly hasn't been wrong yet. He never said Saban was coming. Just said the smoke was real about the interest of both parties.

I’ve heard from a 3rd party source a long time ago that a former player mentioned his name and at minimum they kicked the tires. I’m not dumb enough to post that though because there’s not much body to that information. BUT….smoke is smoke.
