I find it hard to believe that Lincoln is actively negotiating/interviewing for a job while being undefeated in the playoff hunt with a potential Heisman finalist at QB.
I believe it’s possible he was given an offer.

OU is in a bit of pickle, cant hardline and push him out, but dont want to get played by a guy with wandering eyes either

He’s one of the few coaches I wouldn’t mind breaking the bank for. I do think the NFL is a concern for him though. Young elite playcallers with head coach experience are hot commodities.
