It qualifies as you got a transcendent QB and an amazing offensively CO. What coaches see is he was fired two years later. Once both those left, fell to crap. Congrats on winning it. But coaches understand there’s no loyalty at LSU. It’s a mercenary position.

I'm reading tea leaves a bit here, but tbl also seemed to imply that the Riley interest is truly mutual with his "timing is everything" comment (or something similar, I can't remember). A lot of things can change/go wrong at this point, but it's not "make Bill Belichick tell you no" either.

1. doesnt appear to be a troll, but not ruling it out
2. it appears to be about what I expected, he crossed paths with some OU rich guys, they chatted and shared their thoughts and opinions on Riley leaving, castor posted it here
3. results are inconclusive, but castor seems sincere
4. if it is a troll, it is pretty high level detail and effort put into it
5. one thing is certain, this is the most fun we have had on the CCB yet this year

I'm pretty sure it was also their first 2 years in the league and I assume most of the major contributors on those teams were recruited before they even joined the SEC.
Since those first 2 years, they've been a mostly middling program with middling recruiting results.
