I'm shocked Fletcher Mackel hasn't dropped his name for the Tulane job. Fletcher recommended Frank for every open job Tulane had...probably even the bowling team.

Double that and LSU would still come out ahead by avoiding a NOLA no-Frank NIL tax.

if Frank wants to be petty and those players are tied to Frank Wilson, good riddance.

The best Louisiana DT since Glenn Dorsey is currently committed to us solely because of Wilson

The Nola stuff isn't just for RBs/QBs.

We already took a hit there when O fired Jaluke

Nola HS coaches are like the mafia, but super emotional mafia guys. Like a bunch of Chrissy Moltisantis

Well we have not exactly opened any holes even seemed to scheme for running the ball. Maybe a lack of talent, however it could have been better without the injuries. We had Stud RB's and then we stopped looking for the Fournette's of the world or maybe Frank can only do so much because of Nil, all I know is Frank loves us, we as a whole showed him no respect as far as HC material but either way I hope he gets rewarded and stays!

In my opinion, just eliminate the headache. Frank Wilson going to Texas or Texas AM or Alabama is a fricking headache.

Obviously his demands must be within reason and Kiffin will determine the breaking point. But make it happen.

I knew when it was announced Lane was bringing his RB coach we would have this headache.

Anyone who believed that is a silly billy.

He was "all McNeese" a day before he left them high and dry to come to LSU

Frank has a value, but his ego might be larger than the value. It's just that this is a crucial leverage point with ENSD and the big boy he has attached to his hip.

it’s a problem and a real bummer considering the timing.

its a business.

Probably feel he's earned the spot he wants since he put in work to keep them committed.

likely not personal, LSU/Kiffin will likely relent and give him what he wants...unless they had a bad ending at TN.

Certainly a catch 22. I’d be surprised if he said no to double his salary to just be Run game coordinator/associate HC.

I have a feeling he stays
