Don't think that is it at all. If you think we aren't pursuing Fisher I guarantee you are mistaken. He and Herman are without a doubt on the short list.
I think what DALSU is saying that we have to wait until after the Big 12 decides on whether to take UH into the conference and that has some weight as to what Herman might do as to whether he is going to stay at UH or leave.

Here is the info on Jimbo's buyout clause, $5mil prior to Dec. 31, 2016 and then it drops to $3mil on Jan. 1, 2017.
From what I read doesn't matter what college goes after Fisher if that is what they will have to pay including LSU.

LSU knows who they want and they know they can get him
After last year, LSU knows better than to have just one target. 2 is better, 3 is ideal. Each having different agents is the goal. Could be the reason all the different names are being kicked around.

Not that I disagree with many of your earlier points, but ...
If you're going to talk about your superior intellect and education, you're gonna want to make sure you don't make egregious grammatical errors in doing so.
Also, any undergrad university worth its salts would teach the basic principles of the "observer effect" and "trickle-down theory" in lower level physics and economics/political science classes. So, you could literally have a Gen. Studies degree and be able to discuss those concepts enough to at least appear that you know what you're talking about.
