I don't think we are getting him but who knows?

But for all of the haters think about this:

Look at how he was blindsided with the immaleava situation and then compare his offense to the shitshow LSU has subjected us to with our "Heisman contender".

If LSU can get Kiffin that’s who they’ll get. LSU isn’t getting Kiffin

is he not going to want the OU job at some point? i get it's not as good of a job but it is a good job and it's his alma mater and they need to become relevant in the conference at some point

I do find it interesting that this is coming from the Tennessee side not LSU 's. Maybe there is real smoke around this....

Are we, most of us men, really judging potential coaches on their physical attractiveness?

If he brings back O as DLine Coach they can run the lakes together so his heart doesn’t explode from the Chimes Boatloads he’ll crush.

I thought the same thing at first, then I really looked at it. Honestly Kiffin has been a well known coach in the spotlight for many years, and hasn’t accomplished what Heupel has in a much shorter time frame. I would be ecstatic to get Lane, don’t get me wrong, he’s fiery and entertaining, and we’ll have solid, fun teams, but he does get in his own way sometimes. This season He’s made some choices to go for it on 4th on his side of the field and didn’t get it. LSU fans would be crucifying him. In past years, he’s dropped games he shouldn’t have to lesser teams. The whole faking injury stuff last year. I’d take him in a million years over what we’ve had, but the fact he’s regarded that much higher than Heupel really isn’t warranted. He’s just having a great year this year.

I think Kiffin deserves credit for doing what he's doing with less resources than Heupel has at Tennessee.

I think both are good coaches though.

You realize Heupel already has a better resume than Kiffin in just a few years of coaching right? Heupel might be an even better version of Kiffin as far as offensive mind. He took Tennessee from absolutely nothing to something very quick. But me personally I would be more than happy with either Heupel or Kiffin

A buddy sent me a text a min ago, he has a buddy who's a lawyer, former LSU grad, who's involved with the booster club, said there's rumors of LSU in discussion with Heupel. Could be from the rant, but who knows

I actually love that kind of aggressiveness if the offense is good enough to overcome. Love that confidence. I wouldn't be mad at it if he kept winning.
