Yeah all these school enrollments, house bought stuff etc crack me up. Also, that was would be record closing time lol.
Word is that as soon as they pulled up to the house, he stuck his hands up in the air to signal touchdown...the man just knows when it's over

Tell them there's a stolen trailer at the house he just bought and we'll know in 20 minutes.
And it was stolen by a serial killer.

Yea the situation with the landscaping is not great. Nice pool though.

cash offers do
no they don't... unless he was looking, and made an offer at least a week before it was reported he in on the LSU job, there is a whole process that the title company has to do to clear title before closing can occur... you can't sign an offer on a house, even with cash, one day, and close the next... hell, even for the title company to verify the funds could take up to 3 business days

Accepted cash offer and closed on my old house in 13 days, and I had to push it back 5 days to get everything moved into my new house.
It can happen if the realtor can pull the right strings

This would be at least the fifth report of this that I’ve seen in the past three or four days. Not necessarily that it was closed on, but that there had been progress on the real estate front. It was hinted at that it may have been a former Tiger‘s wife involved in the real estate industry.

I heard he’s buying a house in BR and renting it out. Investment property.

of course... that's almost 2 weeks from signed offer to closing... what we are talking about here, with Kiffin, is less than a week... again, the fastest i've ever seen a transaction go offer to close is 6 days.. and it wasn't a million dollar house
title work takes time, and the realtor really ain't got much to do with that timeline, "pulling strings" or not... the title attorney is what makes the difference, so if your realtor has a good relationship with one, that might push the file to the front of the line, but it still takes them a second to get the abstract completed...

There was an article in The Advocate I believe when she first bought her house. I think it was in Southdowns. I don't know that they gave the street.

You’ve already said it can happen in 6 days. I’m not really sure what you’re arguing because no one has said anything about when an offer was put in.

How do you get title work done in a week?

Houses don’t close that fast
The hell they don't..especially if you are paying cash. CKM bought a second house around the corner from hers a couple months back for family and closed in days of first looking at it. She didn't even want an inspection or anything changed. That is a fact.
