What's the knock on Harrell?
120th and 119th in rushing in 2020 and 2019.
Red zone conversions: 2020 ranked 86, 2019 ranked 66th.

I'm baffled about the OC position, have no idea what the best approach/person is.
DC? Less worried, if only because whoever it is can't do worse than his predecessor. (Right?)

They would have to prove themselves. If they suck, they get Coach O fired.

O better start building a new binder if he hires Harrell.

I’m not pissed but not super excited with either hire. Both kind of blah.
Not happy with Harrell unless he’s making changes to his scheme to balance the run game. Ok with Mason. I think he would do well here with our talent, but he isn’t my first choice. Maybe not second, either.

Considering their talent is a distant 14th overall in the SEC, that isn't terrible.
Mason's Stanford defenses were awesome. What they were able to do in 2012 and 2013 to finally solve their Oregon problem was phenomenal.
