I disagree. On its face it's a good move. The default should be everyone from the old regime goes unless a compelling case can be made to keep someone, even if no one is lined up. Kelly knows more behind the scenes than we do and I trust his judgment.
After watching the secondary play the last two years I don't get why Raymond is held in such high esteem. He is the very definition of non-essential.

Can’t argue the mental mistakes that led to blown coverages and big plays. Also statistics were way down. The kids, coaches, or both? I don’t know, but cannot blame BK starting fresh.
