I believe that you are severely underestimating the power of TD. This will catch fire come tomorrow when the media begins asking questions. Couple that with him going MIA this week and his response today. It will get interesting if this is all true.

I don’t know if you guys really watched how he handled benching Rattler and naming Caleb Williams as the starter. He shut off access for the media at practice, wouldn’t allow interviews with either, etc. Riley meticulously controlled access to the football team and any news related to the Rattler/Williams debate.
Do you guys remember how the media was salivating at Rattler being potentially benched and maybe transferring and trying to take guesses on who would be the starter? Notice how all of that conversation was immediately shut down by Riley and all we see now is Williams playing well and Rattler on the bench but nationally all the rumor milling died seemingly overnight with the way Riley handled it…

Absolutely saw how he handled it and he did so about as best as he could. It was huge news and a distraction that he basically squashed that week leading up to the game and then let the game play squash it out completely.
Hopefully things work out in our favor and he is able navigate through the next few games without much distraction but I don't think it is possible.

This is one of the best posts. You are a long term member and responded with logic when questioned. I like the information but I am only skeptical about one thing. Why did you oversell your source being an OU insider? You stated this three times. That is a red flag to me.
