Its bad when you have Sark, Kiffin, Briles, or Applewhite. And Sark would be the moral superior choice!

Everyone needs to read this at least twice today. Is this the route LSU plans to go ? The U of the SEC? Like the results hate the baggage that goes
With it.

Yes, LSU can/will pay a top-notch OC in the neighborhood of $2.0M plus.

I don't think there is any doubt LSU will pay at 2 million for their OC and DC. In fact, I think that is THE reason O is making 3 mill. NO ONE was giving O 3 million dollars. He wasn't going to be a candidate for a power conf. HC or coordinator job, and no little school was paying him that much for their HC job. LSU had to pay O 3 million (even though his market value is probably about 1.5) because it would look bad if your DC and OC made more than your HC

So $800,000 more than Aranda will be getting?

all it takes is a quick perusing of the CC board before posting. It's fairly well documented at this point that LSU intends on paying it's coordinators closer to 2M mark since significant money has been saved on the hiring of Orgeron.

He also said Travin Dural wasn't worthy of an offer some time ago on the RB

I trust Orgeron to get it done. Alleva not so much. But it's comforting to know that it is O leading the charge.

With all due respect (and I do respect you Duckie). Why? When did Orgeron, with all of his history, become the grounding point around which LSU's success will be grounded?
