If you make 10+ million a year it doesn't matter in either place. Here your kids will go to Dunham, Episcopal etc, your wife will play tennis at CCLA, and you'll have some 7 million house on Highland Road. The fact that it's ghetto 10 miles away isn't affecting that decision. They are trying to win nattys.

Lived in Oxford. Will 100% retire out there. We loved our time (aside from the Rebel fans) and can't wait to buy another house there.
