Nix is a hell of a DC and I really wish we could have kept him. This would be an excellent hire for Arky if true and they would be a force on defense.

Because i've seen the defenses he put on the field in the SEC. They weren't very good 3 out of 4 years.

The honest truth from me......
our fans gave him a hell of a lot more credit for the 08-09 defenses(both were stout as shite). They kept saying shite like "Make him HCIW" "Give him whatever raise he wants", etc.
I also think he's getting way too much blame for the 10-11 defenses. Hard to have a good defense when they're all young and/or extremely underdeveloped by a poor S&C program.

oh......but regardless of what kind of amazingly developed talent Arkansas might have on defense, you'll lose every game you play against a spread/read option type offense.
We had a borderline great defense in 2009 and Auburn scored almost 40 points with Chris Todd at QB.
