Great coach. Will the team tolerate the extreme culture change or will BK adjust (hard to believe)? Will likely take 3+ years to right the ship if he does everything right. More likely, he lasts 5 with 2 wins over AL and 12 losses to everyone else.

7, he has choked in the playoffs so by what I've been reading on this board for weeks that is failure. Expectations need to be tempered. Sure he wins 10 games a year but the schedule is always full of cupcakes....or so the LSU argument has been every time they were close to the playoffs.

7 there is a lot of potential with this hire specifically the coordinators he is going to hire. However, we are forking over a lot of money for this hire and the competition is a lot tougher than what he is used to at Notre Dame.
