Everything he’s done has been a mistake with some folks. Fact: Brad Davis has been a damn good OL coach in the past. He inherited a bad OL group very late coming into the season. Giving him another season to prove himself is not a bad idea.

I get the feeling talking to Bob (his father) Rob likes security and not moving his young children around the country. Look for Rob to be in Florida for the long haul. The NFL was just to good not to take. From what I know he liked ULL. I do know that he was not interested in the ULL head job. He probably had a heads up from Napier about Florida gig. Not saying he was even contacted about ULL.

Question my guy! Is there any reason Billy hasn’t really tackled Florida coaches to add to the staff. I know he has an emphasis on Louisiana ties but I’m just shocked I haven’t heard about Florida guys. I know it doesn’t mean anything. Just a thought especially with the other Florida programs looming

From what I heard, Maggard reached out to Sale and he said he wasn’t interested in being a head coach but endorsed Michael Desormeaux for the job

He’s definitely going to be a pain. He can recruit his butt off. Now he’s home he will be a problem. That’s why I’m surprised he hasn’t tackled that

Billy’s already been all over the state making relationships with HS coaches.
If guys can recruit they can recruit, they’re not limited by a state or region. It may take time to get their legs under em but I believe recruiting the state of UF won’t be a problem once they’re settled.
