Believe it or not he would be OK , just give him excellent co-ordinators . Really . Kids love him and play for him . It would not be a bad move .

My crystal ball sez you will get Joe Brady.
Joe will be next LSU coach.

Maybe, but he is headed to Virginia Tech, so Franklin is off the table.

I think I would stay away from any coach that has been fired.

Kenny Dillingham has moved up to a 300/1 odds. I think this is mostly due to him being a good offensive minded coach while still utilizing the defense to keep you in the game. This is SEC style football. Arizona St has surprised a lot of people for how they manage to stay relevant in the rankings. Very similar to how we went about hiring Saben from Mich St.

Big Difference between +300 and 300/1!!!

I like Drink, Dillingham. Drink is winning at MO I think he could win here. Dill? I don't see him leaving AZ. Whoever is doing research needs to know the candidates and do a thorough job. I hope we have a coach before February because we need to retain our roster and add to what we're losing.

Alex Golesh....I'm telling you, some team is going to do their homework and get the next best great coach. I sure wish it was LSU and keep Baker and D staff....and only Frank from O staff, simply for recruiting.

Can't believe Dillingham was considered the front runner to replace Brian Kelly yesterday.
Kenny Dillingham's record is 20-15 (57% winning percentage). He wins a little over half of his games. He wouldn't last one season with LSU.
We just fired a coach with a 34-14 record at LSU (71% winning percentage) and a 297-109-2 overall record (74% winning percentage)

James Franklin will be the next HC at LSU. You may book that. Deal is in play according to my sources.
That sure didn't age well....

I’ll get demolished for this, but I don’t think Kiffin will fit at LSU. He’s never won a natty and we are going to pay this arrogant guy $13 mill/year?? He isn’t worth the gamble. I personally don’t think he is an all in guy. He has proved to be very immature and he’s not fully committed which is evident by him bailing on his current team. I think k this hire backfires as badly as BK!

You know good and well there’s no chance that happens. Not even a minuscule percentage of a chance.
