He's already said several times that he will be the coach at LSU next year and for a long time to come. Then he signed a lucrative new contract.
If he does leave, it's because idiots like you never gave him the benefit of the doubt for being a man of his words, and you dumbshits drove him away.

I didn't say I want Miles to go nor was I questioning whether he meant what he said...all I said was that he needs to come out and correct the reports that he is still in the picture to be Michigan's next coach, which is exactly what ESPN and even other tiger websites are reporting. In the next three weeks, this easily could turn into the exact same situation that happened for two weeks preceding the SECCG.

I think this thread is poorly titled.
However, I think at this point in time, Les Miles shouldn't talk to or about UM. In this day and age with 24 hour news/sports channels and bloggers, Perception is Reality. The perception is that he is still interested in UM and he's providing people ammunition to tout the message that he is playing both sides. LSU fans and the univeristy feel slighted.
Reality? Don't know.
Perception? Yes.

Les is 50/50 right now. If you don't believe me you soon will. He has talked to multiple UM representatives including the President,AD, and mutual friends. If LSU weren't playing for the NC he would already be in AA. Wait and see...

Why don't we just fire Les and hire the worst coach possible. After he runs our program in the ground you guys won't have to worry about other schools looking at our coach. Then all of you will be able to relax.
