Yeah, if anyone had known Rich Rod was a possibility I think they would have grabbed him over Bowden from the start.

Vincent is a great hire. He got screwed over by UAB last year and should have gotten that job. ULM is at the bottom of the Sun Belt in financials though. Gotta get better there and give him a chance.

He’s getting paid pretty well, from what I’m told. Double what Bowden was getting. Which wasn’t much, but at least they seem to be making an effort.
