Think about it though. He runs an entire program with little resistance and an easy sledding schedule. At Texas A&m he will be second in command and it becomes a bloodbath battle for recruits and he has limited time to win. Doesnt make sense. He had a much easier ride starting again at LSU why would he make the same move under harsher conditions?

This is worst case scenario...if A&M drops their proverbial pocket book and goes gay balls to the wall for Jimbo and he fails...which he will because everything he stands for is the exact opposite of their culture......they will be toast forever.

I’m hoping they land him...because In 2022 we can bury them as they will be forever known as a job that you can’t win a title at.

Hate to admit it but probably spot on

You don't know aggy culture, then.

They talk about honesty but hire Bear Bryant, Jackie Sherrill and R.C. Slocum (Sherrill's bagman), all of whom got them put on probation with alumni support, and all of whom are revered in Reveilleland (Collie Station).

Gene Stallings even got the NCAA hammer in aggyland.

I don’t see Jimbo leaving. It’s been a rough year for him at FSU but a little coordinator turnover will go a long way in curing those ills.

I think Ole Jimbo has been exposed this year. Losing your starting QB would certainly torpedo championship desires... but it should not result in being 3-6.

So of course Aggy would want him!!!
