I was told the secret Penn State target "that no one has on their board" but is a well-known name, is an offensive guy and his last name starts with a "K".

Chip Kelly?
Kingsbury?
Klint Kubiak?

thoughts?

ETA: same person also said "it's not Kiffin"

Franklin actually agreed to a 9 million dollar buyout, when he was owed 49 million. But the 9 is guaranteed with no mitigation.
