OMG, yes.

He uses Saban's current system (modified Erhardt-Perkins), but his concepts within that system are atrocious.

Tendencies are off-the-charts, and he seems to lack any sort of ability to adjust or go off-script when faced with a defensive counter.

Really, really seems to have difficulty recognizing mismatches and exploiting them in-game, or else he just refuses to do so for some reason.

Other than that, he's fine.
