What I want to know is what grown men get out of pretending to be a source with information. These guys need to be committed to psych institutions and studied.

As in many instances in life, the “insiders” were people who had a nugget of truthful, credible, information who then extrapolated that small bit of information into their own ultimate conclusions…all for the “high” of receiving attention and adulation from a message board fan base desperate for information.

The lesson: Don’t report something as an absolute until it is an ABSOLUTE. Decades of prior history have shown a coaching search isn’t concluded until the hire is formally announced
