He runs more than I initially thought, but the inside zones from shot gun on the goal line will quite literally kill me if he’s hired. I will not be able to sleep after games because of this

I wouldn’t mind the hire at all. I understand being scared of the scheme, but quite frankly not many schools also have the talent we have and can go out and get as well. I understand arguing that Leach’s air raid didn’t work in year 1 this year.. state isn’t in the same league as us in offensive talent either.

USC ran the ball over 30 times in 4 of 6 games this year and 28 in another

Why does it matter if he can name 3 players or not?

They couldn’t run because of their personnel, it wasn’t the scheme.

We’d need a running back as co-OC. Maybe Kevin Faulk.

I don’t normally agree with Lester but he is saying that to show that Harrell did pretty good with not so good players.

Watch the Oregon game. Zero good running scheme.

I just looked it up.. USC had a top 5 class in 2017 and 2018..

That means your juniors and seniors this year should be wrecking it.

They had the 3rd overall back. 5 star Stephen Carr.. averaging a whopping 3.8 yards per carry.

Kedon Slovis-QB
Amon-Ra St. Brown-WR
Stephen Carr-RB

Only because I live on the west coast and watched them play on TV. Underwhelming and won some absolute miracles. I still don't know how Arizona State snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

We’ve run this all the time the past TWO years.

Almost all our running plays are zone blocking out of the shotgun.

2019 masked a lot of defiency in the running game because Clyde was that good.

That is my only change I want to see on offense. Is use exactly 2019 hurry up but with pistol sets of power running.

That’s not the point, you said he wasn’t 60/40

There’s not two rb’s that are top 10 in rushing that anyone here can name not Travis E...

“60/40 and the 40% is really bad.”

Go back and read... above is what I said.

There is a difference doesn’t run it, and can’t run it. He has a gimmick offense and can’t run the football.

That's my issue not the % but that there is nothing predicated on a running scheme. Just simple draws and zone reads.
