Essentially. It’s certainly very rare for someone to end up tagged three times. The players and franchises all want more stability. It does get expensive for the teams as well, since it’s not the most cap friendly way of doing business.

That's why the Bengals would never do this. They would have traded him before they took the hit on the second and third year franchise tag. They are too cheap to have gone that route.

Taylor has to have pictures of Mike Brown with sheep! He certainly isn't keeping his job because of job performance.
