I would rather rotate the teams in the east, so we get a chance to play everyone. It really sucks that LSU never got to play Peyton Manning

It'll be an even slower cycle with a 16 team conference, as you play 7 on your side and then 2 from the EAST, while only one of them being permanetn.
Basically, we'll have 9 conference games. If 1 is permanent we play 1 team (not UF) from teh east every 12 years?

Having a game that is, for one week, unquestionably the focus of the entire CFB world is a more than equal exchange for the fact that our opponent is excellent and we aren't going to win every time.
I also offer 2007, if you think the memories of the Florida game weren't a factor in us getting boosted from #7 to #2, I'll simply have to disagree.
