Game delayed in Tulsa by weather. Kickoff at 12:15am is latest forecast. I guess they are trying to get use to their new time zone in the Pac12.

Seems logical to me, but there might be some reasons. Refs can't be there at that time, getting the stadium up and running staff wise, etc on Sunday afternoon. Really any number of things, no TV being a big one (and therefore, no exposure) with NFL on.
