I’m in Santa Rosa and my buddy is in Gulf Shores…. We’re thinking about meeting in the middle for a round.

Anyone ever play Tiger Point in GulfBreeze? Whatcha think?

Has a massive clubhouse and an island green on a par 4

That’s what I remember most. Was a nice course

Clubhouse was recently purchased by the guy that owns world of beers. Went under full reno and will be a restaurant, bar, event space, etc. It looked really really nice and was not completed yet at thanksgiving. They build a smaller new clubhouse near the 1st tee.

As far as the course, I love that layout and it was in great shape during thanksgiving.

I’ve played it many times. Fun course that’s usually in pretty good shape.

I made a few posts about Tiger Point over the summer last year about how poor the conditions were when I played (mid-July 2021): LINK

There was no driving range, at least 3 to 4 greens were almost completely lost to a fungus, the putting green was a dirt patch, and the temporary clubhouse was a joke. I really like the layout of the course and the location so I hope what the poster said about it being in good shape around Thanksgiving is true. If it's taken care of it's one of the best courses in the area.

Played it today.

Good shape. Basic quality course during winter conditions. Greens were nice… no bare spots, no fungus. Rolled true. Lots of undulations and it helps to know the shape of the greens going in.

I’d put it a hair or two below some of the SanDestin courses I usually play, but it was a great meet up point for my buddy and I. Can get windy and plays longer than the scorecard shows.

Haven't played there but if you do make the drive to Foley, go play Glenn Lakes (dunes and vista)
Definitely the best value for a beautiful well kept course

I've played there a few times and it's usually the highlight of the trip.
