Why do mass shooting happen more when dems in charge

Dont have data and dont want to hear false flag but why does it seem that more "mass shootings" happen when Democrats are in office.
Is life that much worse under them that mass shootings goes up?
Was life better under republicans that people were enjoying life and not going crazy?
All the big mass shootings (outside of Parkland) was under Democrats in power

Bruh, the biggest WTF shooting in my lifetime happened in 2017 on the Vegas strip. How the frick that story just up and vanished like a fart in the wind is beyond me. It got bump stocks banned.
eta: It was a white dude killing white people though so it didn't really fit anyone's agenda I guess.

I only counted ones where more than 4 were killed or injured, but under each president (total | per year):
Biden 22 | ~11
Trump 64 | 16
Obama 65 | 8.125
Bush 28 | 3.5
My guess is it has absolutely nothing to do with who is in charge.
