Any thoughts on what is causing my drives to fade/slice?

I recently bought a Callaway Epic Max LS to replace a 10+ year old Adams Fastline driver. My old driver was always straight or with a draw but would only go about 210/220 with the regular flex shaft. Wanted to get some more length out of the driver. I went to get fitted and was hitting the Callaway a good bit further but with a slight fade. Swing speed was 105-110 so got fitted for a stiff shaft.
Fast forward to the last few rounds I have and all of a sudden that fade has changed into a pretty serious slice and its killing my scores. I am concerned that the "fade" on the simulator may have understated the real results of the club.
I have also been working on mechanics as well through this driver change so my set-up and posture are a bit different. This is adding to my variables that I am working to figure out.
Any thoughts from here on if my issues are equipment vs mechanical and any ideas moving forward? Its frustrating to go from consistently in the fairway to consistently playing up the left side, but the added 50-60 yards seem to much to not keep the Callaway in play.

Not much we can do here. Let's go play, and I bet I can see what it is. I am open most afternoons.

The LS head sits a little open.
Try closing the head a half degree at a time and see if that helps.

May be able to do 5/5:15 on Wednesday. Gotta play at the Links so I have space to figure this shite out

This is almost impossible. You had to be hardly making contact with the ball.

It was a high lofted driver so it had a high flight path, then would drop with little roll out. Was reflected on the simulator as well.

With that swing speed you'd be hitting 5/6 iron the same distance.

Still doesn’t make sense

¯\_(?)_/¯ Don't have any info outside of that. First time I have ever hit on a sim so have nothing else to compare it to.

Maybe you’re hitting it off the heel a bit
I agree with Mingo that you were doing something wrong if you were barely getting 200 yards out of 110mph swing speed even with 10-15 degrees of loft.

Simulator has to be off.

Set the driver to plus 1 D if that doesn’t fix it schedule a lesson with a pga pro.

I can only talk to my own experience. Most of my clubs I hit with a slight draw and my miss is a hook, the driver is the opposite, I hit a slight fade and miss is a slice.
The reason it happens to me is I don’t get my hands to square when hitting my driver. My draw with my irons come from a club face that is square to target with an inside out swing path.
With my driver my club face doesn’t get square so I’ve got an inside out swing path with a club face that is open to target which causes a fade and sometimes a slice. Basically because it’s a longer shaft and different head I struggle to get the club face square or closed relative to my swing path
