Dynasty Question about Tight Ends

This shouldn't be relevant, but my league format is:
1QB, 2WR, 2RB, 2Flex, TE, D, K .5 PPR
I currently have Travis Kelce with Dalton Schultz as my backup TE. I think we all know Kelce is headed towards a decline in the next few years. Should I be looking to trade Kelce to extract value now, and running with Schultz as my guy for this year?
Schultz will be productive as long as he is in Dallas, but hes playing on the tag and I'm not sure about him getting extended. I think if he does hit FA he will get a fairly large deal with some other team and become another Austin Hooper type (i.e. worthless). If he gets extended, I can just ride him until I grab a real successor.
There are some promising tight ends coming out in the next few years (Brock Bowers, Mayer from ND) and I have a good number of picks in '23 and '24.
I do have Mahomes as my QB if that makes a difference. Having that stack is nice.

If you’re competing, no
You play to win a title. If you are borderline competing with Kelce, it’s time to sell and get what you can.

I've won 3 of the last 4 and probably the favorite for the next 2 years at least. I've had a lot of success not riding out players too long and reloading so far, so I would like to do that here too but Kelce should be an absolute monster this year.

That’s extremely difficult to do at TE
Unless you can have a trade for Pitts / Andrews secured, I wouldn’t trade Kelce as a competing team

TE is a long game. Those prospects won’t produce for several years most likely

I’d trade Schultz to someone who needs TE help. I don’t view him as a difference maker past the next year or so, and Kelce should carry you through that even if he drops off some.
