You have no idea what documents were there. How is this nonsense. This is why Cannon was always out on a limb as courts give great deference to the executive branch for national security issues.

If Trump declassified those docs then he should prove it. Presidents in the past have documented this through EOs and EMs . If he has that he should present it and put an end to all of this.
I doubt that Trump is avoiding disclosure just to prove a point. If this is Trump trying to own the libs, it will have the result of an almost impossible hill to climb for him as he wracks up losses in the appellate division.

Now the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is compromised too. Hopefully we can still count on the 5th Circuit to uphold the law.

Really? These documents are really what the DOJ wants in all of this for any potential criminal and security investigation. His attorneys have been pushing to not have this made available without them and the special master getting them first, and the appeals court said no. I’d say it’s definitely something.

If the classified documents are for crossfire hurricane, then yes he probably has a great leg to stand on. Neither Trump nor his attorneys have ever even intimated that. It may be, but that is 100% conjecture at this point with zero basis in any evidence at this point.
