Can’t read the article. If he refiled in another district, I’m guessing he had a personal jurisdiction problem in SDTX.
Dropping the suit and refilling prevents the defendants from dismissal or moving to another venue where Reed doesn’t want to be. Adding the new defendants may be for venue purposes as well.

He was a POS way before filing the lawsuit. This isn’t a LIV thing. He has been a POS for years.

Man P is not a POS. He’s a really good dude tbh. But he has a case here. Morning drive talked bad about him and constantly harped on things that were not factual. All he has to do is prove one company didn’t sponsor him because of it.
