Team sucks - Need Advice

10 team Non-PPR. I think my team is actually pretty good, but thanks to shite luck I'm 1-6. By far the most PA in the league, and no matter who I put at kicker they flop. I obviously need to trade some RBs, but what do I target? Should I trade away both Kamara and Mixon and ride with the 3 young guys?
QB: Herbert, Wilson
RB: Mixon, Kamara, Etienne, Pierce, Kenneth Walker III, Kahlil Herbert
WR: M. Williams, Lamb, Lazard, Michael Thomas
TE: Kelce

Whatever league you’re in, post in the group chat that ____ and/or _____ are available and you’re gonna start fielding offers and go from there

Agree with all the advice to flip RB's for a WR. I'd try to keep Walker and Etienne. I prefer Mixon over Pierce only because Houston is awful and will be behind in most games, but you can choose.
Aim for a WR1/WR2 type of guy and see what you can land.

Sell Mixon or Kamara for a stud WR like Adams, T. Hill, D. Samuel, or Waddle. I’d hold Ettiene, Pierce and Walker.
