It's retarded, but I don't think it's that bad.

I would ask a number of questions to each manager. Every manager has a legit explanation for every legit trade.

Chubb >> Jacobs
Deebo >>>>>>> Mooney
Mostert now splitting carries

I don’t see it…

At 2-7 I can see being desperate enough to move 2 really good players for 3 good players. Also Deebo is hurt right now so I can see Team A panicking and thinking he needs the points this week if he thinks Deebo may not play.

Deebo is hurt and now has CMC to contend with for RB red zone usage, which has statistically made him an elite play at WR previously. Name value is holding him up in your mind

Chubb is great but if Browns fall out of contention he’s going to lose some workload to keep him healthy

I’m not gonna make a case for Mostert bc Sunday was bad for him

Mooney is the top receiver on a surging offense

Jacobs is a top RB this season based on workshare

This isn’t that bad IMO

It doesn’t matter if you think it is an even trade or not. That is your opinion. The only reason this trade should be vetoed is if you believe there is obvious collusion going on

Definitely not veto worthy. Jacobs has been pretty damn good.

Not veto worthy IMO.

Okay, they just had a bye. Is he playing this week? If so then he will play from the point when the trade happens.

ETA: pretty sure you know this and are looking to argue, is this your trade?

I would rather be getting Chubb and Deebo but I don't think it's veto worthy. There are some leagues where those 3 players will be every week starters or close to it.

actually did not realize he was back. So I stand correct on that point.

As for the OP, there's still a chance that for his lineup moster/jacobs/Mooney yields a better outcome than Chubb/Deebo/player he plays in this spot.

I agree. It’s not an instant veto, but I think it’s worth asking their thought process. Especially when it’s a 2-7 team and 7-2 team.

If trades are made close enough you could never really prove collusion, but I’d probably talk to the managers. Maybe 2-7 guy legit thinks he can win out and make playoffs

Not really due to Fields' arm.

I started 1-7 last year and would have made the last spot in the playoffs if I had started Guyton and the Dallas defense in the last week instead of having them on my bench. IMO as long as there is a mathematical chance of getting in, you do everything you can to get that last spot.
