I'm going to pose a question I already know the answer to. Would it be a soft move for the Mavs to sell out this season just to have the OPPORTUNITY to draft Victor?

Ya Ik the odds are slim but I've been tapped into Victor highlights for the past 30 minutes and read a few articles and he's 100% the best prospect I can remember seeing in my lifetime

Has a team ever started tanking with only ~25% of the games played while they were 1 game from the play-in tourney (playoff spot when talking historically)?

The Mavs were in the semi-finals just this past season, and they have a top 5 current player on their current roster.

They absolutely should not be tanking right now.
