If tulane can put up 72 yards rushing against lsu with a backup running back. Alabama will have 150+ yards easily. Just sayin....

Yep, emotions by the players will be the same for those two games.

I hope LSU's defense is very emotional and it causes them to over pursue their running lanes and assignments.

1. LSU playera will play up to this challenge...not equal to the effort against tulame

2. florida and georgia had speed which bama cannot imitate.

I know it's like splitting hairs but if you take away 70 yards from UGA's total, we held Moreno under a hundred didn't we?

Florida.........yeah, they sure did.

How do you explain the #1 running game in the SEC?

Agree 100 percent. The story of suffering for the LSU defense is big plays. the D is terrible on paper but georgia built two solid drives into the redzone and if i remember correctly, florida did as well. the scores are a terrible reminder that big plays will cost you but if you take them away then we may possibly be 7-1 (didnt do much on offense against florida) Against georgia we were able to drive the ball but the gators showed how sloppy georgias defense actually was. i think if we prevent the big plays on defense we will still have a shot at a 10 win season (bowl game included). if not then i think we will just be building for next year.

Moreno is not fast...very quick, but not fast.

Bama has at least 3 faster backs than Moreno.

Florida is wayfrickingfast.

Do you know the difference between a spread running scheme with speed which has given us trouble for years and a power running scheme which we have shown we can shut down. In case you don't know....bama runs a power running game much like we do. We can and will slow it down. They will not rush for over 125 yards.

beat me to it.

Bama has a few fast backs, but LSU won't have to play so cautiously like they did against the multiple threats of Florida.

I don't know what happened with GA

I'm pretty sure Moreno ran right up the gut for a shite load of yards dude.

Beckwith almost caught Knowshon, and he had stopped running for a sec before he really started after him

Coffee is sneaky fast. He had about the same 40 time coming out of high school as keiland williams.

He broke TWO big plays. Other than that, he was well contained.

There is a difference between a young secondary missing a couple of tackles they should have made (resulting in big plays) and the D-line giving up 5-8 yards per play up the middle all day.

We were out of position on 2 plays and he got over 100 of his 160+ yards on those 2 plays. Our young LB's need to be more consistant but they can shut down the style of running bama plays.
