Like the title says, I'm looking for RV destinations in about 4-6 hours from Lafayette to spend ~4 days, any suggestions?

This would likely be in mid-June, travelling with a 35ft fifth wheel, a 2 year old, and a 2 month old.

Beach or woods doesn't really matter, just looking for something to do.

Lake Degray if you want a little easier pull.
Good lake , golf course, horseback riding, boat rentals.
Canoeing on the Caddo River in Glenwood is a short ride away. Hot Springs is very close. Beach and pool for swimming. Ii think they have a restaurant at the lodge.

Reserve your spot now for the state parks, they fill up quickly.

Took our camper here last December and it’s a great place. Be careful picking your spot as some on the old loops are very small and uneven

I'm currently at Wallace creek campground on Edin lake. It's 10 miles south of Batesville Ms. Beautiful here.

We stayed at Wallace creek last year and enjoyed it. George Cossar is on the other side of the lake and is more wooded . Deer everywhere.
