Turning overgrowth into a normal lawn

A while back I purchased a house that had the back acre of land being pretty useless. Grass had grown to probably about 5 ft, and some chicken trees were popping up. I recently had it bushhogged.
It's now cut down, but I couldn't get back there with a lawn mower to cut it. Too many shrubs, long grass, sticks, etc. and it's really bumpy. I was thinking that my next step should be burning it down. Is there better options to turning that dump into liveable land?

An acre is like 200 x 200 feet. You can't handle that post bush hogging, but you're somehow capable of controlling fire

Did I accidentally post this on the OT? I didn't know this place had immature posters.
It's going to take a ton of work to get it into being an actual useable yard. It can't be cut with a lawn mower right now. It has no desirable grass growing. It's extremely bumpy. Its probably not going to be as simple as cutting it and it's good to go.

Plow it then grade then spread seed. Water, water and water. Enjoy in 1 -3 years.

This but I'd roundup whole area and let sit for a couple of weeks before discing

Broadcast roundup and 2-4D. Let it sit for about 2 weeks then chop it. Let it rain on it once to let the big clods of dirt melt from rain then chop again. Once soil is fine enough, grade it. Once grass starts to come in, spray with MSMA to allow bluegrass to flourish.

I’d spray twice before planting.
Spray prior to disking
And spray a couple of weeks after disking.
Reason is that after you disk, you will have native seeds that have lied dormant, to get soil contact and start sprouting.
