Except they didn't do anything as universities will still discriminate per usual. Possibly even more now.

This is what bothers me about her and the crazy latino on the court.
Some here criticize Kavanaugh he should vote like Thomas, but he interprets cases as he sees the constitution which many not always be conservative, the two aforementioned will ALWAYS take the most liberal view ALWAYS.
This case, how on earth can you justify using affirmative action as a tool to promote racism.

The woman had to recuse herself from the Harvard case. My thinking is that it was bc she went there so Harvard could be more “diverse.”

A SCOTUS ruling should be based on the constitution and not a social agenda.

They'll still do it. You can't prove a university discounted your application on the basis of race unless you were there when the committee was reviewing your application. The only way you can prove it is if you see other people bragging that they got accepted because they talked about their ethnicity or race in the application. If you look hard enough, you can find people on Reddit who admitted that they got into Ivy League/elitist universities because they talked about what it was like to be Asian, black, indian, etc

No, they specifically made allowances for the essay portion of admissions to prioritize discussion of race and racism.
