Why would you enclose the upper for the 1-2 games a year that enough people would show up to fill it. Doesn't make financial sense.

I agree with you, except it would be full for all the SEC games.
We can't even fill the current stadium for our non-conference games.

what do you not understand about the fact that the season tickets sellout for everygame, and we have thousands on the waiting list to buy more. LSU doesn't care if people come to the game so long as the tickets are sold, and they are.
