So I know GLP-1 semaglutide and the similar medicine are all the rage, and for good reason, but i wanted to give what i feel is the ultimate stack that you dont have to see a doctor to have prescribed.

So how does GLP-1 work...without getting into too much detail it makes you not hungry and in control insulin...how it goes about accomplishing those things is for another time and place. It is not magic and doesnt burn bodyfat itself, it helps you stay in a caloric deficit and keeps insulin triggered hunger pains at bay.

So we need to simulate those things through OTC supps.

Before we move on, make sure you are ok taking stimulants. Keep minimum effective dosing.

#1- Appetite Suppressant- Ephedrine/Caffeine stack.

This is our first weapon to use. The ephedrine can be bought at Wal-greens as bronkaid. It will be kept behind the counter as it can be used in Meth production. Caffeine can be bought as pills from many places, I suggest serious nutrition solutions as they produce some of the other items we will be using.

We want to start with 200mg Caffeine/ 25 mg of Ephedrine for those not sensitive to stims. If you are sensitive, start with half the dose. You can ge 100mg caffeine pills and primatene or walgreens generic for the ephedra and it comes as 12.5mg pills.

we are not going to be adding in the aspirin. It is not needed and can cause unwanted long term complications. Also most studies did not use the Aspirin and in those that did, it did not show an increase in metabolic rate as originally thought.

We want to start with 1 a day in the morning when we wake and then move to another dose around mid morning. additional or half doses can be added as needed. Main thing is we do not want to take it within 4-6 hours of bedtime. You can work up to 3 full doses or up to 6 half doses. Taking with food will help with jitteriness.

How does it work-

A) it will decrease your appetite. The stimulants will decrease hunger to allow you to stay more consistent on the diet. In the studies, without being prompted to be in a caloric deficit, the participants did so willingly without consciously doing so.

B) increases metabolic rate by about 8%. This might not seem like much, but if a normal individual is at maintenance at 2000cals, the 8% would account for about 160 calories. That is significant.

C) Helps prevent the loss of lean muscle. in the studies those on the EC stack loss less lean muscle than those on the placebo.

#2 Insulin Control- Berberine and NA-R-ALA

So we want to control the hunger pains that come with insulin right? Similar to GLP-1. We also want to stabilize the levels.

How do we do this?

We take a form or berberine and ALA. Which supplements do i recommend? Used to be SNS glucophase but this is no longer made.

Berberine:
1) Chemix GDA- has Berberine plus others to help with glucose disposal
2) Gaspari- Proven GDA- has Berberine plus other Glucose agents
3) SNS Glucosevantage xt

NA-R-ALA
1) Nootropics Depot NA-R-ALA (amazon)
2) SAN NA-R-ALA (Amazon)
3) doctors best NA-RALA(vit shoppe)

we want to take 3 caps of the GDA or 1 of the Glucosevantage along with 1 NA-RALA before every meal, roughly 30 min.

You can start with 1 gda and 1 na-rala before every meal and titrate up. This will allow you to not feel like blood sugar has gotten too low. If you practice intermittent fasting, i suggest taking 1 dose before in the morning first thing and then one before every meal.

if you want to add in a dose pre workout with carbs....works great for a crazy pump.

#3 - Cortisol Control-

SO the last item we want to do is control cortisol. The best OTC supplement that is a pill to do so is Reduce XT by SNS.

it is proven to work over many years. follow the directions listed taking 3x daily as described

so thats our 3 pronged attack.
1) Metabolism- ECA stack
2) Insulin- GDA+NA-RALA
3) Cortisol- Reduce XT

decently cheap and very effective. You can google each and research them. All show positive effects in the studies. We used to could add on a thyroid enhancer but that is not the case anymore.

Let me know if you have any questions

add ons- i do not suggest the following to start with. use the above stack combined with lifting 3x per week and 10k steps per day until that is no longer working. As in stalled for 3-4 weeks.

can take it to the next level if you stall:

1) Alpha Yohimbine- 2.5mg with each ec dose. some people are sensitive when taken together. start low.

2) Iron Legion invictus- controls cortisol through transdermal route

3) 7-Keto- this should be taken transdermally

4)- TTA- suggest SNS brand due to electrolyte complex added. Very effective non stimulant fat burner but can cause issues with cramping in some.

5) Rasberry ketones- 1500mg/day. only add if you take TTA.

6) Thremoscorch- non stimulant fat burner

ETA links
Caffeine

ephedrine- buy from walgreens

Chose 1 of the 2 for Glucose disposal agent-
chemix gda

Gaspari GDA

NA-RALA

Cortisol control-

How much does a full stack at normal dosages cost a month? Seems like it would be up there

1- caffeine- $30 for 500 pills
2- bronkaid- $15 for 60 pills
3- Chemix GDA-$43 for 180 pills
4- NA-RALA- $24 for 60 pill
5- Reduce Xt-$47 for 180 pills(dps nutrition)

so 60 day supply

30+30+43+48+47=$198

so around $100/month.

Not terrible

Out of the three main stacks (ECA, Berberine + ALA, Cortisol) what would constitute the largest overall benefit for fat loss and what additional percent would the other two add? Say like ECA would be driving 80%, Berberine 10%, Cortisol 10%.

If a supplement is used for a purpose not needed for fat loss, is it a synergistic addition (aspirin) or a luxury? I think you said something about hunger pangs. I don't get those if I dose ECA correctly.

Could you also add in Yerbe Mate tea to an EV stack and get some of the benefits of the other supplements as I've read it has some GLP-1 stuff going on

aspirin doesnt really do anything in the studies but hard to say about hunger pangs. I dont think it would hurt to try baby aspirin with ec and then try without

never heard of it, will have to research

if you wanted, 1 could do just the EC stack with the GDA and get really good results. Add the NA-RALA and Reduce XT if you stall.

Instead of buying all that shite can we just move more and eat a diet consisting of protein and simple carbs while staying in a calorie deficit? I like your alternative to the shot.

Absolutely and none of this works without that. The EC is just to help you stay on track diet wise and the other two are just to give a little edge.

I know some people can’t afford the glp-1 shots so this is just an alternative.

You know me, it all boils down to diet and calorie/protein but this is just a little helping hand

I couldn’t imagine taking all that shite.

Eat protein on your plate first. Eat slow.

If you want to snack, eat fruit.

Pay the piper and get the heart rate up. Get out of breath a few times a week. Lift the other days.

Keep it simple, stupid.
