Miami V. LSU Las Vegas Bowl?

Article in the Miami Herald today predicted LSU against Univ. of Miami in the Las Vegas Bowl. This article went on the assumption that LSU and Miami both win this weekend. Kinda nervous fellas...Miami has grown stronger every week and we grow weaker! Don't know if this was posted already, but figured I would share!

How/why would LSU go to the Las Vegas Bowl? At 8-4 Chick-Fil-A Bowl makes more sense, and facing Miami there wouldn't be too surprising.

Thats stupid b/c the SEC isn't going to fill all of its tie-ins there is no way a bowl w/o an SEC tie-in is going to get an SEC team.

I heard this is a done deal. This is definitely happening. It was definitely worth posting. No doubt about that.

Article is 100% wrong. Very poor effort on whomever wrote it. SEC has 9 bowl tie ins.Only way that will be maximized is if Auburn beats Alabama. If not,Papajohn's Bowl goes to another conference,probably Troy of the Sunbelt to replace the SEC team.

Well look at who wrote the article then do the math.
LSU would have to lose to ARK for it to even be kinda silly possible.

All that money in Vegas and the payout is less than the Indy Bowl.
