Thinking about purchasing new grill, are there any benefits to natural gas vs. liquid propane? Thanks and Geaux Tigers

Assuming you already have a natural gas connection at the house, the major benefit is you don't have to run out a fill propane tanks.

you never run out of natural gas at the worst time....and it is a LOT cheaper.

I did too. got a small two burner one just for the wife and me. Use it 95% of the time and grill much more since it is easy. only time I use the propane is when I do multiple racks of ribs.

+1
It's amazing. Even concerted my Blackstone to NG. Also use my pizza stone on my Weber and it gets up to around 760. Much better than trying the oven.

I'm in the market myself. I've got an outside natural gas connection near my garage doors, but I also want a grill that I can fairly easily convert to propane and back to natural gas, as I want the ability to move the grill to my back deck and also to my screened porch occasionally which would require propane. So I want something kind of small and not too heavy that can convert to NG and propane.
Right now I am leaning towards the Fuego Professional F24C. It is a really interesting looking grill that has a large round grill, heats up faster than most other grills, is easy to clean, heats evenly, is relatively easier to move and convert to and from NG and propane. It has a $60 conversion kit and it looks really easy to convert. You can buy them from Home Depot, but even better to buy from the manufacturer website with a $100 off end of summer sale through September 5th
