Maybe not what you are looking for but Foosacklys blows Canes and other chicken finger places out of the water.

Not quite what I was looking for, but I will make a note of that.

We went to Dumbwaiter a few years ago and thought it was solid. I can't remember exactly what we ordered, but if nothing else pops up it might be a good option.

Ate at a very good Vietnamese place years ago…I think it is Pho 88. Veit, Thai, and Laos dishes.
If you’re looking for Cajun food Boudreaux’s in Daphne can be very good.
If I were you I’d just stay downtown and find something there. Noble South or the like.

I'll be there as well this weekend. We love going to the River Shack, partly because we can take the boat there but it's got some really good food. I have heard excellent things about Osman's as well if you want Italian.

My friends who live in Mobile eat there almost once a week.
